Es gibt drei Hauptgründe, warum es aktuell "scheitert":

Format-Bereinigung: TinyMCE erkennt, dass der Code von "außen" kommt und versucht, ihn in dein Schema zu pressen. Da deine
valid_elementsin der Basis sehr spezifisch sind (z.B.p,br,strong...), wird alles andere (wiesection,article,navoder Tags mit unbekannten Klassen) einfach gelöscht. -
Webkit-Filter: Wenn du aus einem Browser kopierst, hängen oft CSS-Styles am Text. Wenn TinyMCE nicht explizit gesagt bekommt, dass es diese behalten soll, wirft es zur Sicherheit das ganze HTML-Gerüst weg und behält nur den Text.

pastetextTaste: Du hast in deiner$toolbar1den Buttonpastetext. Wenn dieser Button im Editor aktiviert (blau hinterlegt) ist, wandelt der Editor absichtlich alles in Plain Text um. Prüfe mal, ob der aus Versehen gedrückt ist.
